Technical Leader – Telephony
- Design application solution to support business requirements
- Provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to customers
- Understanding products competitive and comparison in solution design and specification.
- Arrange and lead team.
- Manage and communicate scope and potential scope changes
- Organize the team resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Identify key issues and communicate key team decisions and reasoning in a timely fashion.
- Develop and maintain processes to identify and resolve integration issues
- Bachelor degree or higher in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related.
- 8 Years working in IT position and have experience in new implementation project
- Avaya IP Telephony, Unified Communication and Data Network
- Configure SQL Server, MS Exchange, Linux and Tomcat
- Have experience in Java Programing
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Strong communication skill, ability to perform formal communication and reporting, and lead meetings with creditability.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, good in people management skill and team supervisory
- High energetic, pro-active and persistent
